Teacher and Town Treasures
Teacher and Town Treasures Virtual Silent Auction
Online Bidding Runs Friday, November 8th 9AM – Friday, November 15th 9PM.

Teacher Treasures are unique experiences that are auctioned in shortly after the Fall Gala each year. These one-of-a-kind opportunities are offered online only, and open to anyone who would like to give a Ramsey student a memorable experience, whether or not you had an opportunity to join us for the Fall Gala.
Teachers, Staff, and Administrators, along with the Mayor and Fire Chief have generously offered these special experiences, donating their own time and energy so that we may raise money for our schools. We are so grateful for their support!
Tickets to attend the event are sold online through our website, and basket raffle tickets are sold at the event. We also hold an offsite 50/50 raffle in conjunction with the the RPEF Fall Gala. 50/50 tickets must be purchased prior to the event and can be obtained from any RPEF Trustee, at our booth at Ramsey Day, or at PTO meetings in the fall. Please plan to join us with your friends and neighbors for a fun and exciting night out!
Some of the fun auction items offered in previous years:
- Inclement weather announcements
- Principal for a Day
- Fire Chief for the Day
- Pizza, Lunch, or a Special Outing with a Teacher
- Front Row seats with Reserved Parking for School Shows and Graduations
- A Parking Space in the High School Lot
We thank you for your generous support of the Ramsey Schools. Every dollar raised goes back into the Ramsey public schools, funding enrichment programs and innovative technologies – important extras that help make our schools exceptional.
Teacher Treasures FAQs
All bidding for Teacher and Town Treasures will take place online from Friday, November 8th through Friday, November 15th 9:00PM. You do not need to attend the Fall Gala to bid on items.
The auction is open from November 8th through 9:00pm on Friday, November 15th.
You can view the auction items at www.32auctions.com without an account. An account is needed only if you intend to bid. The process is quick and very little information is required.
You enter the exact amount you wish to bid. The bidding will immediately move to this amount.
You can set a proxy bid amount so that 32auctions bids automatically for you. Just enter the maximum amount you are willing to pay for the item and as people bid on the item, 32auctions will automatically bid for you up to your maximum amount. Your maximum bid will remain confidential unless you are outbid.
Any time the system receives 2 bids that are the same, the first bid entered into the system wins. When the bid history displays 2 bids of the same amount, the bid that was placed first is a proxy bid. When someone submits a second bid of the same amount, the first bidder continues to be the winning bidder because they were first to bid that amount.
Extended Bidding automatically extends the end time of an auction by 3 minutes for an item that receives a bid during the final 3 minutes of the auction. This process repeats until no new bids are received during a 3 minute window, or for a maximum of 30 minutes beyond the original end time. When an auction is extended, you will see Extended Bidding messages and links displayed for all items with extended bidding still open. This gives everyone time to offer their highest bid for items they really want.
Click the LOGIN link in the upper right-hand corner of the 32 auctions.com site. Click the Forgot Password link and follow instructions.
As a security measure, accounts are locked for 15 minutes after there have been 3 failed login attempts. You will need to wait until the 15-minute time frame has passed before taking any additional actions on your account. Another potential cause is that the account has not been verified. When your account was first created, an email was sent which contained a link to verify your account. If you did not receive the email or do not have the email handy, please send a message using the 32auctions Contact Us page.
All 32auctions participants should receive an email when they are outbid. You will receive the outbid email only if your bid is the leading bid and then someone outbids you. You should also receive an email when you submit a bid that confirms your bid and lets you know if you are the leading bidder. If your email application uses a filter or spam blocker and is not picking up the emails we send, you may want to check your spam folder for the emails. Also, it might be worthwhile adding noreply@32auctions.com to your address book to ensure you receive emails. All messages sent from the system come from that email address.
Check your spam folder and/or junk mail folder. To ensure you receive future emails from 32auctions, add noreply@32auctions.com to your address book. If you still cannot locate the confirmation email, you may want to create an account with a different email address.
You can cancel your account from the My Account page. Cancelling your account will immediately log you out of the site and prevent you from creating, accessing, and participating in auctions.
